SC Models Coolant Sump Cleaner

For removing chips, swarf and fines from a sump, this exclusively designed Coolant Sump Cleaner is manufactured and exported by us. Presence of clean coolant allows enhancing the service life of the equipment along with minimizing the replacement cost. This cleaner works on the principle of centrifugal force, which assists in cleaning the oil present in heavy duty machinery. Once the oil enters this Coolant Sump Cleaner, it is moved via a high-end rotor, which further transfers the oil into a rotor shaft that is hollow in construction. The pressure gets transformed into energy, forcing the oil to escape via jets. The leftover forces are used to clean the deposits of oils on the inner walls. This redirects the fresh oil to the tank.

The sump contains coolant particles & metals chips/ swarf generated during machining operation. In just a few minutes, a Sump Cleaner will pick up everything the sump - fluid, as well as solids.  The cleanable mesh basket separates the contamination from the fluid & filtered coolant is returned to the coolant/machine tool sump.
